Black Tulle Ball Fascinator hat headpiece set on a pillbox and headband

Description

This extra large hat is a black millinery grade tulle which is alot stiffer than the tulle seen in hobby shops.  It is set on a 11cm pillbox and set on a satin covered headband

The fascinator sits just off centre however i can make it to the side if you like.

This can be made smaller but not larger as the tulle will flop if it is any larger.  I can make in any colour and need 2 weeks to make for you.
