Black and Metallic Gold Feather Mohawk Fascinator Pillbox

Description

This is a very large Mohawk style pillbox fascinator made using lots of curled coque tail feathers, biots, hackle and ostrich feathers.

I have also added handcut feathers and sprayed black long coque tails which have been sprayed in a fine gold mist.  Each spray of long feathers is wired so that you can wear as shown or make the item higher or lower.

Set on a teardrop pillbox base and fixes to the head with an elastic millinery wire.

Can be worn on either side or in the centre.

This is a one of kind hat however as long as im given enough time i can make in other colours.  This style is very labour intensive so would take at least 3 weeks to make this hat.
